Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-10-25
This policy covers scrubproof.com. The short version: your files are processed in your browser and are not sent to us, there are no accounts, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by SKYSEED TECH LLC. For any privacy-related inquiries, please contact support@scrubproof.com.
Your files
PDFs and images you open in a tool are read and changed inside your browser tab. They are not uploaded, not copied to a server and not seen by us. The page tells the browser to refuse connections to any other address while the tools run. A file lives only in the memory of the tab and disappears when you close or reload it. Passwords you type for a protected PDF are used in the same way and are not stored.
The tools download their own program files (the PDF engine, about 2 MB, and for the after-check a second PDF reader) from this site the first time you use them. Those are requests for our files; they do not contain your document.
What is stored on your device
Nothing, unless a tool says so on the page. The tools do not write your files, settings or results to local storage.
What the server sees
The web server and the network in front of it (Cloudflare) record standard technical data for each request, such as IP address, time, page requested and browser name, for security and to keep the site running. We do not combine this with anything else. No analytics script and no advertising script runs on these pages.
If you email us, we receive your address and the message and use them only to reply and to keep a record of corrections. Please do not send documents that contain personal data.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or the UK you may ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, or to port it; you may complain to your data protection authority. Because we hold no accounts and no files, we can usually identify only what you have emailed us.
Changes
We will change this page if what the site does changes and update the date. This page was last updated on October 25, 2026. Email: support@scrubproof.com.
